On April 18th, we had our first meeting as 2020 ALP Youth Ambassadors.
The Youth Ambassador program is “a unique volunteer leadership program designed for youth who are passionate about helping others. Through experiential learning opportunities, workshops, and events, the YA program empowers youth to make a real difference in their local communities and in our African Partner Countries.”
We are excited to be part of a bigger effort to educate communities about the need for books around the world. Some of us have also joined the ALP Book Club and are reading A Fish in A Tree together.
